1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered unless:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • Your order is missing items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products with tampered or missing packaging
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


3. Resolution Options

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the same product
  • Refund to the original payment method (for prepaid orders only)
  • Store credit, where applicable

The resolution will be determined based on the nature of the issue and product availability.


4. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Once processed, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

COD orders are not eligible for refunds to source accounts. In such cases, refunds may be issued via store credit or alternative methods, at our discretion.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

6. Undelivered or Returned-to-Origin Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailability

We may re-ship the order (additional charges may apply) or process a refund after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.


7. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

Each individual’s skin is unique. We recommend:

  • Performing a patch test before full application
  • Reviewing ingredient lists carefully

Mvylissea is not responsible for adverse reactions due to ingredient sensitivities or misuse of products.
