Delivery Time:
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via our trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary by your location:

  • Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru): 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (approx.)

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to courier partner schedules, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain value (as displayed at checkout).
  • Standard Shipping Fee applies for orders below the free shipping threshold — this fee is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD fee may apply for orders paid on delivery.

3. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across a wide network of locations within India. If your postcode is not serviceable at checkout, you will be informed, and alternative options will be explored. If an order placed to an unserviceable area still goes through, it may be cancelled with a full refund for prepaid orders.


4. Shipping Tracking & Updates

5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts at your address. If all attempts fail:

  • The order may be returned to us or held at the nearest courier facility.
  • We will contact you to coordinate either redelivery or pickup.

If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated non-delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.
